  • Industrial Vacuum Forming & Thermoforming

  • Cold Bending & Polycarbonate Folding

    We process ductile thermoplastics like Polycarbonate (PC) and PETG using high-tonnage press brakes, similar to sheet metal fabrication. Capable of handling sheets up to 2000 mm in length and 20 mm thickness, this method allows for sharp, precise angles with a minimum radius of 2 mm. Since no heat is applied, there is no thermal degradation, preserving 100% of the material's ISO 180 impact resistance for heavy-duty machine guards.
