Plastic Cutting and Trimming

SRT Plastics delivers accurate, repeatable cutting for thermoplastics and composites, from single prototypes to high-volume runs. We operate CNC panel saws, routers, laser and waterjet systems to achieve clean edges, tight tolerances and consistent parts. Located in the Netherlands and serving Europe, including Belgium, Germany and the UK, we cut sheets, plates and films to size, kit parts for assembly, and prepare components for further forming, bonding or machining—all with fast lead times and certified quality. We process ABS, PMMA, PC, PETG, PP and HDPE with careful nesting to limit waste.

Precision cutting for plastics and composites

  • CNC Cut-to-Size, Ready-to-Use Parts

    CNC Cut-to-Size, Ready-to-Use Parts

Panel saws and routers deliver edges, tight tolerances and speed fast.

Our CNC panel saws, routers and drilling stations cut plastics and composites to size with repeatable accuracy. We work from your CAD files, optimize nests to reduce waste, and label kits for assembly. Materials include ABS, PMMA, PC, PETG, PP and HDPE. Parts arrive deburred, cleaned and packaged.

  • Laser & Waterjet for Complex Shapes

Laser & Waterjet for Complex Shapes

Smooth edges and intricate contours with minimal heat-affected zones.

For tight profiles or fragile materials, we employ CO2 laser and abrasive waterjet cutting. Laser yields glossy edges on PMMA; waterjet cleanly cuts thicker plastics and composites without heat. We combine methods as needed, manage tabs and micro-joints for stability, and inspect edges before packing.

  • EU Delivery & Certified Quality Now

EU Delivery & Certified Quality Now

Reliable lead times labelled kits and protective packaging to site EU.

Based in the Netherlands, we ship cut-to-size plastics across Europe, serving Benelux, Germany, France and the UK with reliable logistics. Each order includes traceable labels, packing lists and part IDs. Edge finishing, chamfers and protective films safeguard surfaces in transit and on site safely.
