HPL Architectural (High-Pressure Laminate) is characterized by its extreme durability and high-density biobased core. Comprised of 70% renewable kraft paper, it meets the strict definitions for biobased building materials required by modern governmental standards. Its molecular structure ensures it remains dimensionally stable, resisting the warping or bending often associated with less dense cladding materials.

Weather Resistance & UV Stability

Specifically designed for the exterior shell of buildings, this material features a 2-sided integrated decorative layer. The advanced UV toplayer guarantees that even under intense solar exposure, the vibrant pigments remain stable for a minimum of 10 years. This makes it a preferred choice for fascia boards, dormers, and full-scale architectural cladding in both the UK and Benelux.

Sustainability & Biobased Standards

In line with circular building practices, HPL Architectural is listed in major biobased knowledge banks. The use of FSC® Mix Credit-certified materials ensures that your project meets environmental compliance standards without sacrificing the mechanical performance needed for high-rise or high-traffic areas.

Fabrication & Technical Processing

This material offers excellent machining properties for precise CNC routing. Due to its high elasticity modulus and density, it produces clean, sharp edges when drilled or sawed. Unlike standard thermoplastics, its thermosetting nature means it cannot be re-melted or formed, ensuring it maintains its exact shape under extreme thermal stress.
