It is practically impervious to acid rain, diesel exhaust fumes, and air with high salinity. Thermal Efficiency & Processing
Unlike many amorphous polyesters, our PET Plain sheets are optimized for high-speed production. They can be thermoformed or vacuum formed without the need for a pre-drying process, significantly reducing energy consumption and production lead times. This thermal efficiency ensures that components maintain their dimensional stability during fabrication.
Fabrication & Machining
This material is exceptionally versatile for precision engineering. It supports cold folding (up to 2mm) for rapid enclosure assembly and can be CNC routed or drilled to tight industrial tolerances. While it does not support traditional high-strength structural welding, its surface is perfectly suited for high-adhesion digital printing and protective laminations.

Ideal for commercial and public environments. Use PET Plain to fabricate vending machine fronts, anti-vandal urban glazing, and pharmaceutical protective shields. Its food-grade certification also allows for extensive use in industrial food production lines where visibility and chemical washdowns are daily requirements.
